The Native Foods Department at Navajo Agricultural Products Industry ("NAPI") are preparing Navajo Pride Dried Steam Corn! The corn is naturally grown in a secluded area on the NAPI farm. Once the corn is picked, the team prepares an underground oven to steam the corn overnight. When the corn is taken out of the oven, the husk is removed. The corn is laid out to dry.
