I wanted to show you more of the bronze casting process. This is the part of sculpture making where we melt the bronze bars into a molten lava soup and pour it into the shape we call “the ceramic shell” These shells need to be pre heated in an oven before you can pour the bronze in. The part you see in this video is the middle part of a sculptures “life” we have to first create wax models and ceramic shells and after the pouring we have to start grinding, welding and assembling all the separate
