Lamb Shanks ~ Ingredients- 4 lamb shanks 1 red onion 1 Tbsp crushed garlic 200ml chicken stock 1 glass of red wine ( please use whatever you have access to, I used an open red wine blend I had) 1 Tbsp tomato paste 200g baby carrots Handful of fresh herbs - I used rosemary, thyme , sage and tarragon 1 can butter beans 250g cherry tomatoes Salt Pepper @nomubrands steak and bbq spice , it’s really nice on red meat 👌🏾 A little brown sugar sprinkled for the acidity of the tomatoes Oil for browning
