Traditional PT sucks at fixing tennis elbow. Here’s why. You go in, get told you have “tennis elbow” or “golfer’s elbow,” then you’re handed the same exercise sheet as everyone else. Nothing is personalized. And that’s why nothing changes. Elbow pain isn’t one simple problem. There are multiple muscles, tendons, and even nerves involved. If you don’t pinpoint the exact source of the pain and build the plan around that, it doesn’t get fixed. And no, this doesn’t require constant in-person visits.
