A less common symptom of iron deficiency anemia. More common symptoms include: fatigue, pale skin, dizzyness, cold hands/feet. You can increase food with iron such as leafy greens, legumes, and red meat (make sure red meat is not processed). If you take an iron supplement make sure you combine it with Vitamin C, this will increase absorption.
