Tag someone who needs to see this! Usually I see plasma running in the same direction in an arc. Yesterday, the upper loop was moving in the opposite direction to the lower loop! Over a dozen Earth's could easily fit inside the upper loop. Ionized hydrogen is pulled along strong magnetic field lines. I caught a solar flare! Flares are not the structures you often see on the limb of the Sun. Flares are sudden bursts of X and gamma rays, often near sunspots.
