Being a micropreemie mama you are robbed of a normal birth and delivery, I didn’t get to hold my baby in my hands for at least a week. Holding my 1 pound baby in my hands was the most terrifying, but overwhelming experience of my life. They are SO tiny, smaller then a doll, but bigger then a Barbie.
