I had no idea where to start. One day, a customer who I haven’t seen in a while, came in and told me he was learning how to use the 3-D printer. I asked him if he would help me create a prototype for this tool. The next day he showed up with the tiniest hand foiler I’d ever seen! I knew it was a step in the right direction.
