This issue does not happen when using the Prime Video app on Android or Chrome browser on a Windows device. The shows play fine in both of these cases, but do not play on Roku.

I contacted Prime and went through a whole bunch of offs/ons/sign-outs/sign-ins to no avail. And Prime will still play on my computer, so that tells me something's wonky with Roku, not Prime.
