Beginning at formal recruitment orientation, these selected women provide potential new members with helpful information regarding membership. Recruitment Counselors act as an emotional support system for potential new members, as they consider each organization in order to find the best fit.

Panhellenic Chapters at The University of Mississippi. Our Panhellenic community consists of eleven NPC organizations that are comprised of empowered women who strive to positively impact our campus in all capacities including both scholarship and philanthropy.

Recruitment Counselors will meet weekly with their small group of Potential New Members to discuss important information regarding topics that a PNM might need to be aware of.

Participation Requirements – Members are expected to participate in philanthropy events, community service, recruitment, homecoming, and other campus events. While they may not occur every week, but members are encouraged to attend all sisterhood and social events that their chapter may host.
