I am sure he could make a straight cut synchro or dog engagement gearset with spool center diff, but expect designing time, R&D, and cost. He has done some pretty darn nice stuff though. There is also a company in Malaysia that has produced a taller 2.4 ratio 1st and 1.5 ratio 2nd, and it is $1800 shipped.

The spring steel they use for the turbine seals get weak, and the turbos use oil. The metal that is used for journal bearings is too soft and wears quickly, causing shaft play.

Next step up would be Corbeu seats which have a nice selection but will cost you around $1000 for a set. After that you step up into the really high dollar stuff like Bride where one seat is going to cost you probably what you paid for the whole car.
