The Ulster County SPCA (UCSPCA) is a private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that serves the animals and people of Ulster County and beyond. The UCSPCA is an autonomous organization and is not funded by any other SPCAs, including the ASPCA, or federal, state or county government funding.

When fostering, the Ulster County SPCA provides everything the animal will need – veterinary care, crates, supplies, and food. Complete the foster application below and email to [email protected].

The Ulster County SPCA is a private, nonprofit organization whose mission is to prevent cruelty to animals. We rely solely on the kindness and compassion of the community through donations. We receive no government funding, nor any from the ASPCA.

The Ulster County SPCA is making every effort to keep as many pets in safe, loving homes as possible. Should the need arise for animals to find new homes, however, we are here to provide emergency shelter and care.
