Wimbledon pundit John McEnroe feared Novak Djokovic would 'quit on the spot' at the end of a torrid first set against Alex de Minaur. Djokovic was dominated by the Australian in windy conditions as the set was concluded in just half an hour with the score at 1-6.

Djokovic served four double faults, directed less than half of his first serves in, won only 18 per cent of the points on his second serve and racked up a whopping 16 unforced errors during a first half-hour which had the Centre Court crowd in shock.
