The New York Knicks defeated the Boston Celtics 121-113 on Monday at Madison Square Garden to take a 3-1 series lead as Jayson Tatum had to be carried off the court with an apparent leg injury

The Celtics blew a 14-point lead, then lost their best player to injury in a Game 4 loss to the Knicks that pushed the defending champions to the brink of elimination.

The Celtics are on the verge of falling behind 3-1 in the series. (The Knicks lead 113-104 with three minutes remaining), but the Celtics also could be losing their star player. Jayson Tatum went down with a lower right leg injury. He was helped off the court and is Boston's locker room.
