After weeks of speculation, Bayern Munich board member for sport Max Eberl was thrilled to have former Liverpool FC winger Luis Díaz in tow.

Bayern Munich have confirmed the signing of Colombia international Luis Díaz from Liverpool. Sources told ESPN the deal is worth €75 million ($88m), inclusive of add-ons. He becomes Bayern's third signing of the summer following the arrivals of Bayer Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah and Hoffenheim midfielder Tom Bischof.

Luis Díaz is the new star at FC Bayern Munich. The Colombian winger has been through a dramatic time: in 2023, his parents were kidnapped, with his father held captive for 13 days.
