At least 75 people, including 17 children, were killed in a traffic accident involving a bus carrying Afghan migrants who were deported from Iran in western Afghanistan. A senior Afghan military commander said the bus caught fire after colling with a truck that was carrying oil barrels.
The bus collided with two vehicles. The victims were among the 1.8 million Afghans expelled from Iran as the country vowed to deport undocumented residents en masse.
