The New York Yankees have added some infield depth, acquiring Amed Rosario from the Washington Nationals for pitcher Clayton Beeter and a minor leaguer.

NEW YORK — One day after acquiring a new starting third baseman, the Yankees made another trade to bolster their infield depth. The Yankees added veteran infielder Amed Rosario from the Nationals on Saturday night in exchange for Triple-A reliever Clayton Beeter and Browm Martinez, an 18-year-old outfielder in the Dominican Summer League.

The New York Yankees remain active before the July 31 trade deadline, as YES Network's Jack Curry has reported that the club is acquiring infielder Amed Rosario from the Washington Nationals in exchange for a package including right-handed reliever Clayton Beeter and outfield prospect Browm Martinez.
