Emmanuel Houston Jr., 18, was shot and killed at about 2:25 a.m. Thursday on Tilman Street in Salisbury, police said.

A teenager died after he was shot inside a house in Salisbury early Thursday morning. The shooting happened shortly before 2:30 a.m. at a home on Tilman Street, a couple blocks off West Innes Street.
