While the Falcons hired Ian Cunningham as their next general manager, the Bears won't be awarded two compensatory picks.
It was announced on January 29 that the Atlanta Falcons are signing former Bears assistant general manager Ian Cunningham as their new GM.
Now that the Chicago Bears have expressed interest in Northwest Indiana, the state Senate passed a bill creating a stadium building authority.
For the record, it was defensive end Richard Dent and linebacker Wilber Marshall who combined for the first sack. The Bears registered seven sacks overall, including three from Dent, who was named Super Bowl XX MVP. The final score was 46-10, and it wasn’t really that close.
