The Philadelphia 76ers needed their young star to step up to the plate on Tuesday when they played host to LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers were riding a 4-game winning streak and the Sixers were once again playing short-handed without their stars.

With Anthony Davis leaving the game early due to an abdominal strain, LeBron James did his best to put the Los Angeles Lakers on his back against the Philadelphia 76ers.

Tyrese Maxey just proved it is never too late to fanboy over veterans of the game, particularly, LeBron James. Despite being in the league for five years now, Maxey has kept a wish to himself.
