Officials say an ambulance which was stolen from Memorial Hermann Hospital Saturday afternoon has been recovered after a police chase.

The Ford F-450, driven by a 38-year-old man from Circleville, Ohio also went off the left side of the road, striking the median barrier before coming to rest on the right shoulder.

The driver of the Ford F-450 hit a concrete barrier and suffered non-life-threatening injuries, WOIO reported. The exact extent of his injuries was not immediately known on Monday.

The recall notice pertains to the 2023, 2024 and 2025 models of the F-150 pickup truck. Transport Canada said 22,663 units were affected in the recall.
