Conley was driving a 2003 white Ford Ranger with Tennessee license plate BFN-1492 and a distinctive blue toolbox in the bed. KCSO said the truck was last spotted on Alcoa Highway near Topside Road.

The TBI issued the alert Tuesday evening. Keith Conley was last seen leaving for work in Solway on July 11, but he never arrived, authorities said.
