A 23-year-old man has been charged with the murder of a 22-year old Pennsylvania woman after a Thursday afternoon shooting in Norfolk, police say.

Authorities are investigating after they say a man was found shot to death and a woman injured in northeast Harris County on Friday. The Harris County Sheriff's Office said at about 5:30 p.m., deputies responded to a welfare check at a home on Crosby-Lynchburg near Commerce.
