Rosneft, the Russian oil company, has temporarily suspended operations at its oil refinery in Saratov, a city in southern Russia. The decision to halt fuel production was taken as a safety measure following attacks by Ukrainian drones on Tuesday,

"The Saratov Oil Refinery is one of the key facilities in Russia's fuel infrastructure. Its refining capacity reaches 7 million tons of oil annually," Andrii Kovalenko, head of Ukraine's Center for Countering Disinformation,

In the early hours of February 11, explosions were reported in the Russian cities of Engels and Saratov, located in the Saratov region. Russian residents are claiming a drone attack, according to Russian Telegram channels.
