A war of words have broken out between the BJP leaders and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav over the latter's remark on Yogi Adityanath.

Akhilesh Yadav alleged that recent encounter were part of a larger pattern of staged police actions targeting members of the PDA.

Earlier CM Adityanath said during the SP rule, criminal elements ran parallel governments and law enforcement was under their control.
