Billboard's special salute to Black Music Month continues its rollout with the next 25 artists on our all-time top 75 list.

It’s Black Music Month, and Billboard, the music biz bible, has come up with its list of the 75 best R&B artists of all time. Our own Prince ranked No. 7.

Baker was one of Atlantic Records' first big success stories, with a series of hits in the 1950s, including "Bumblebee" and "Jim Dandy." She died in 1997. Originally broadcast in 1991.
