High school football games continued throughout the state of New Jersey Sep. 26-28 and there was plenty of great action taking place. The undisputed No. 1 team in the Garden State continues to be Bergen Catholic then followed by the DePaul Catholic followed by Hun and Millville.

A loaded Week 5 brought more changes to the New Jersey Super 25 rankings. Winslow jumped Toms River North for the top public-school spot on the strength of a 40-6 win over Camden. Both teams are 6-0, but the Eagles have three straight wins against ranked teams.

The New Jersey high school football rankings continue to shift moving into the second week of October. DePaul Catholic is now the No. 2 team in the state following a big victory over No. 7 Don Bosco Prep. Absecon Holy Spirit is now in the top 10 after winning a defensive battle against St. Augustine Prep.
