The Indianapolis Colts beat the Jacksonville Jaguars 26-23 in overtime to finish the season 8-9. While that was a nice win to end the season, it was a disappointing one in Indy. They had a chance to make the playoffs but lost to the New York Giants in Week 17,

Shane Steichen will remain the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts entering the 2025 season – his third at the helm – team owner and Jim Irsay announced on Sunday. Irsay also said that general manager Chris Ballard would also be retained.

Offensively, it didn't get much better. The Colts lost the turnover battle 0-3, and quarterback Joe Flacco struggled throughout the day in place of Anthony Richardson. The veteran completed 26 of 38 passes, tossing a pair of touchdowns and interceptions to land at a 90.9 passer rating on the day.
