Bannon is set to head to trial on fraud charges in February, but has now retained Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins to represent him at trial and is seeking a brief adjournment. Bannon's trial has now been rescheduled at least three times.

Bannon, a political strategist and longtime ally of President Donald Trump, had been scheduled to stand trial Feb. 25 in the “We Build the Wall” case in state court in New York. It will now start March 4, Judge April Newbauer said.

President Trump’s executive orders pardoned or commuted the sentences of 1,600 Jan. 6 participants, including some who assaulted officers.
