He reportedly explained that he had secured "a detailed timeline for the withdrawal" following direct discussions with Israeli officials.

Hochstein is also reportedly demanding that Hezbollah hand all it weapons south of the Litani River over to the Lebanese military

Israeli troops withdrew from the southern Lebanese town of Naqoura on Monday, amid growing accusations from both sides of major violations of the Israel, Hezbollah ceasefire.

Safa said that Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri, who negotiated the ceasefire deal with Washington, told Hezbollah that the government will meet with U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein soon. “And in light of what happens, then there will be a position,” said Safa.
