The city of La Crescent will soon begin work to restore the water quality of Pine Creek as officials seek to improve the habitat for cold water trout.
Authorities say a 17-year-old boy who went missing Friday evening in Rock Creek, Minnesota, has been found safe. The Pine County Sheriff's Office canceled the alert Wednesday afternoon.
