There are more luxury homes for sale in the valley than ever before. According to new data from realtor.com, million-dollar home listings jumped more than 40% since last year.

With a median price around $847,000 for a luxury property, it’s one of the last larger metros where buyers can still purchase a top-tier home without hitting the million-dollar mark.
