Charlie Woods won’t be playing the U.S. Open this year. The 16-year-old son of Tiger Woods shot 3-over par 75 at Wellington Golf Club in Florida on Thursday, finishing seven strokes off the qualifying score of 68.

Attempting to qualify for the U.S. Open for the second consecutive year, Charlie Woods finished seven strokes over the score of 68 that would have advanced him to the final stage. Woods, 16, shot a 3-over-par 75 on Thursday at Wellington National Golf Club in Florida.

Charlie Woods, the son of golf legend Tiger Woods, missed the cut to advance in qualifying for the 2025 U.S. Open. Woods shot three-over 75 at Wellington National Golf Club, seven shots behind the cut line. The top five finishers from the 84-player field moved on.
