US stock futures traded flat as Wall Street digested mixed messages from the Federal Reserve in the wake of its decision to hold interest rates steady.

U.S. stocks are climbing Wednesday after the Federal Reserve said the economy still looks healthy enough to keep interest rates where they are. Wall Street also got a boost from easing yields in the bond market.
