Mario Kart World has now been revealed, having been showcased during the recent Nintendo Switch 2 reveal event. From what we've seen so far, the new Mario Kart looks primed to push the franchise forward, with a new art style, and seamless racing between tracks across a large map.

Nintendo appears to be holding out on us when it comes to certain details about the upcoming Switch 2 game and latest installment in its iconic racing series, Mario Kart World, as it's teased that "there is more" to the all new Free Roam mode than has been revealed so far.
Mario Kart World might have the most extensive character roster of any Mario Kart game, but some of these deep cuts, like Fish Bone, are truly unexpected.
The new Mario Kart World video also suggests the game will have at least 28 tracks spread across seven Cups, along with 24 vehicles. Interestingly, it looks like Mario Kart World has fully formed vehicles; players seemingly no longer select individual parts to assemble a car.
