A construction crane fell onto a moving passenger train, causing a fiery derailment that killed at least 22 people and injuring dozens more in northeastern Thailand.
BANGKOK: A section of Rama II Road inbound to Bangkok collapsed on Saturday (Jan 17), sending a pickup truck into a deep sinkhole and triggering severe traffic congestion in both directions.
The crane fell onto the moving train as it was traveling from Bangkok to the country's northeast, causing the train to derail and catch fire, officials said.
