FBI apprehended former Marine Corps reservist Benjamin Song in Dallas, charged with attempted murder after allegedly firing AR-15 rifles at officers at an ICE facility.

The 12th suspect wanted in connection with a July 4 ambush that left a police officer wounded outside an ICE detention facility in Alvarado, Benjamin Hanil Song, is in custody, the Johnson County District Attorney and the FBI said Tuesday.

Details are emerging about a incident outside ICE's Prairieland Detention Center in Alvarado. Officials call it an egregious and coordinated attack on law enforcement.

According to Texas DPS records, 32-year-old Benjamin Song, accused in a coordinated attack on an ICE facility, has been captured.
