Sconnect Media LLC is now considering legal procedures to protect Wolfoo's rights in the United States, including a lawsuit against Entertainment One.

Sconnect Vietnam announced that Sconnect Media LLC will represent them to protect Wolfoo cartoon's business rights in the United States. A lawsuit may be considered.

The beloved animated character Wolfoo, adored by Vietnamese children and millions of young viewers worldwide, will make his cinematic return this July in Wolfoo and the Three Realms Race.

Wolfoo registered its trademarks and copyrights in Vietnam, the US, Russia, and many other countries. Mr. Ta Manh Hoang is the representative and owner of both Sconnect Vietnam and Sconnect Media LLC.

YouTube has deleted over 3,000 videos about a cartoon character name Wolfoo due to alleged copyright violations even as the Vietnam-based producer Sconnect continues to deny all accusations.

Nearly 2,000 Wolfoo videos about the animated wolf and his family have been removed by YouTube for copyright violation, causing losses of around US$2 million for their Vietnamese producer.

EOne claim Sconnect’s animated show “Wolfoo,” about a young wolf and his anthropomorphic family, are “reworked” versions of the “Peppa Pig” characters.

Sconnect, the owner of the Wolfoo cartoon characters, has lodged a petition with Vietnamese agencies, requesting support to discuss with YouTube the copyright dispute with the owner of Peppa Pig.
