LONG BEACH, Calif. -- Nearly 70 shipping containers have fallen off a cargo ship and into the water at the Port of Long Beach in southern California, officials said. Details are limited, but ABC Los Angeles affiliate KABC's helicopter was above the scene Tuesday morning, and captured the containers scattered across the water.

More than 60 containers toppled off a cargo ship Tuesday morning in the Port of Long Beach, tumbling overboard and floating in the water.
