Oregon Ducks head coach Dan Lanning has dealt with the process of having a position coach leave for a higher-paying job and further his career before. On Sunday morning, however, it became public that Lanning would likely have to spend the next few weeks trying to replace one of the best coaches on his staff.

According to multiple reports, Oregon wide receivers coach Junior Adams is expected to take a job with the Dallas Cowboys as their new wide receivers coach. Adams has been with Oregon since 2021, where he was one of the first hires that Lanning made when taking over the Ducks.
