A former NFL and university football coach was charged in a 24-count indictment after allegedly accessing the digital accounts of 3,300 students to download their intimate photos and videos.

Weiss has been charged with 14 counts of unauthorized access to computers and 10 counts of aggravated identity theft. If convicted, Weiss faces up to five years in prison on each count of unauthorized access to computers, and two years on each count of aggravated identity theft.

An indictment filed Thursday says that a former NFL and University of Michigan assistant football coach hacked into the computer accounts of thousands of college athletes to access intimate photos and videos.
