You can apparently gain access to MW3 multiplayer by playing it in offline local mode. Just try not to share any content publicly.

If you've pre-loaded Modern Warfare 3 on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, then you can start playing online multiplayer and Zombies at around 5am GMT on November 10.
