A little wet weather this early in the spring is not posing the same problems that last year/s torrential rainfall posed when water from Lake Cachuma had to be released constantly.
The water level in the Santa Ynez River will begin rising slowly this week as the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation begins releasing water at 8 a.m. Monday from Lake Cachuma.
