A family getaway at Washington's Great Wolf Lodge where parents and kids play in a big indoor water park.

LaGrange city officials told 11Alive last year that Great Wolf is investing $150 million into building the hotel and water park.

Having an entire Great Wolf Lodge indoor water park as your own personal playground is something a child might dream of, and now families can make that dream a reality.

The hotel and 92,000-square-foot indoor water park announced it will open on Thursday, Aug. 7, according to a message posted online.
