Fanjing Mountain is part of the Wuling ... with weather often differing between its base and summit. The Hongyun Golden Peak is a distinctive landmark, offering incredible sunrise views.

Dubbed an "ecological island", it is home to 7,925 species — some of which are rare or endangered — and is the sole habitat of the Guizhou golden snub-nosed monkey and the Fanjing fir.
