Florida-based company Improved Racing has launched a thermostatic transmission fluid cooler adapter for six-speed, eight-speed and ten-speed GM transmissions.

Look for cooler lines on the righthand side of the transmission, and if you see a removable bellhousing, it is a 4L60 you're looking at, not a 700R4.
