For the first time in 27 years, Colorado State University Fort Collins is having a university-wide commencement, and CSU said it took some tough logistical planning.

Northern Colorado opens Week 2 of college football on Saturday, with a road test against Colorado State at Canvas Stadium in Fort Collins.

You may know it as a Best Western, but the decades-old hotel across from CSU is set to get a new look and new name.
