CSP told WesternSlopeNow one woman was killed in a one-vehicle crash about 7 miles from U.S. Highway 50, southwest of Whitewater. She was the only driver involved. Law enforcement say excessive speed is being looked at as a cause. Both directions on the highway were blocked for around 45 minutes following the incident.
