Prices for the C8 Corvette have been elevated since the release of the C8 Stingray for the 2020 model year, but now, it looks like those prices are coming down.

Following massive dealer markups at launch, it looks as though pricing for the C8 Corvette Z06 is finally cooling off, with some dealer listings below MSRP.

The once large gap between used prices for C8 and C7 Corvettes has shrunk, Hagerty reports. Increased availability and new models like the Z06 and E-Ray have pushed down C8 prices.

Sadly, for the folks who were hoping to pick up a five-year-old C8 for $30,000, the dream still remains very much out of reach.
