Basic file management is possible with Astro. The app's extra goodies, such as cloud backup and network share access, did not work well in testing.

Astro offers the same features as most email organization apps—folders, scheduling, notifications, mute, and snooze buttons—but it’s the AI component that sets it apart.

Astro is also bringing its AI assistant, Astrobot, into Slack itself. It’s another way of combining email and Slack, with the bot pinging you occasionally with items that might need your attention.

If you're looking for the ASTRO app on the Google Play Store, you won't find it. Slack just acquired the popular email app and promptly removed it from the Play Store.
